How do I place my order online?

Ordering at Two Chicks Apparel is very easy.  Browse or online catalog for the design that you like and choose that design.  You will be offered choices of color, sizing, and style.  Choose the style you like and the color and the size.  Add the item to the cart and the item should show up in the cart.  You can continue shopping at this point or you can go to check out and enter all your information on our secure server. 

You will be asked to create an account or log into your existing account while checking out.  All the information entered will be confidential and only be seen or used to send your order. 


Is the site secure?

Any personal information given to Two Chicks Apparel will be protected. Your information will not be disclosed to any third parties. Two Chicks Designs server will secure your personal information with up-to-date firewall and encryption techniques during the ordering process.

In order to protect customers to the fullest extent, Two Chicks does not store your credit card information at any time.

To assist you in recognizing secure areas of the Two Chicks Designs website, a small lock icon will appear in the lower right-corner of your web browser. When this icon is present, and in the locked position, you know that information on that page will be secured.

Added online security to protect your personal information from unauthorized use is provided by using advanced SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption.

We are currently using Paypal as a payment gateway.  Please feel 100% confident that your information is secure. 


How do I use a coupon or gift certificate?

You can enter a coupon code on the page after you enter the checkout area.  The discount if valid will be shown in your order total box to the right.  You will be able to enter the gifts certificate number on the final checkout page.  


How can I pay for my order?

Two Chicks Designs accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express as forms or payment.  Any other payment methods please contact us for more information. 


How can I make changes to my order?

If you need to make changes to your current order please call (866-820-9374) or email us with the changes as soon as you can.  If the order hasn't shipped we can change the order.  Please allow for extended shipping times as the shirts will be made to your order changes. 


Why do some shirts cost more than others?

The shirts that are larger sizes cost more for us to get ( more fabric :).  We make every effort to keep the cost of the shirts affordable to you so that you keep coming back for more. 


I have emailed you at Two Chicks several times and haven't received a response! Why won't anyone answer me?

Please be patient as we do travel a lot taking our shirts to scrapbookers all over the country.  We make every effort to answer all emails in a timely manner.  If you haven't heard from us in 1 week, please send us another email.  We may have responded but were sent to your junk email or were blocked by your spam blocker, you may check there for your answer. 


I keep getting an error message when I try to add something to my cart?

An error has occurred.

Please contact the site administrator to report the problem.

Be sure that you have your cookies enabled and your firewall isn't blocking your order from being placed. What does this mean, how do I do this? .  Turn off your firewall protection for the time and your order should go through.

Where is my order?

Please send us email and we will get back with you on the status of your order.  Log in to your account and a tracking number will be in the order notes.  Tracking #'s starting in "9" are US Postal service tracking numbers. 


What shipping options do you offer?

Most of our items will ship via USPS Priority mail (3-5 days).  Larger orders typically ship UPS (3-5 days).

How much will shipping cost me?

The cost of shipping is based on the size of your order.  The breakdown of shipping is listed below. 

Up to $25    - $5.50
$26-$50     - $6.50
$51-$75     - $8.50
$76 & up     - $10.00

International Shipping (including Canada) Rates may be adjusted after checkout to cover shipping costs.


How long will it take to get my order?

Most of the items listed on our web site are made to order as we want to offer you just what you wanted.  Typical production time on the shirts is 4-6 days and shipping the items will take 3-5 days as well.  So orders typically will arrive to you in 7-14 days.  Please be patient as we make every effort to get your shirts to you as soon as possible.

Why will it take so long to get my order sometimes?

As stated, all items are made to order and sometimes they take a little long to make them just how you ordered it.  So be patient.  If you are in need of them sooner or faster, please let us know. 


I need my order faster, can you ship any faster?

We will ship items faster, next day is available only if the items are in stock.  Please call before ordering.  All extra shipping costs will be customers responsibility.  Cost of expedited shipping varies,  please (866-820-9374) or email us for these costs.

All of the designs are property of Two Chicks Designs.


Washing Instructions

Like all embellished garments, your t-shirt should be washed inside-out, in cold water, without bleach. This will provide maximum durability and colorfastness. Don't tumble dry (or dry clean); instead, hang to dry. After drying, if you must iron, iron on the reverse side only, and never over the image.


Do you offer larger sizes?

Some of the designs are available up to 6X-Large on the web site.  If you see a design that is not on the site offered in larger sizes please (866-820-9374) or email us for help.


What is your policy on returns?

Two Chicks Designs stands behind every item we sell. We are committed to having happy customers that not only can’t wait to shop again but go out and tell their friends about Two Chicks Designs. That’s why we offer a 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your product simply return it within 30 days for a 100% refund.

Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and materials. Items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Two Chicks Designs reserves the right to assess a restocking charge on all closeout items and items listed with an * (asterisk), i.e. items not normally stocked.

If you should need to return an item, simply place the shirt or shirts in an envelope and send it back to us with a note stating what you would like in exchange or if you would like a refund.  Items without this information will be delayed.  Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.

We recommend that you insure the item when shipping. All items returned must be in new and unused condition.

CUSTOM ORDERS, DEMO ITEMS and PERSONALIZED ITEMS are not returnable. SPECIAL ORDER items that are not regular in stock items are also not returnable. Manufacturer Warranties still apply to custom and special ordered items.
